• $25/hr Intro Rate for the first 2 hours
• $33/hr – $45/hr rates for regular cleans\organizational help (usually $33/hr); discounts avail based on various factors.
• We are a caring company. Not all our employees have the same skill levels and we are ok with that. We ask you, too, to be kind.  We work with you one-on-one for your satisfaction – but please note, we are NOT perfectionists. If you need a high level, always perfect, no streak clean, we will strive to do our best, but you may find a more standardized cleaning company to better meet your needs.  We just want to help fill in the gaps where they can not.
• $25 referral bonuses for every client you refer after they’ve had 25 hours of cleaning.
• Lower rates when there are more clients/hours in close proximity.
• We want to keep our services priced as low as possible. Livable wage in Denver is $27 for an individual and $46/hr for a family of four. We encourage our clients to tip their workers as is within their means. (Not necessary, but encouraged if you are able.)
• There is nothing (legal and moral) we aren’t willing to do. Our insurance puts a few restrictions. We can only clean INSIDE your home for now, not outside. We can’t use commercial grade chemicals (think hospital antibacterial cleaners that burn your hands). We can’t climb ladders. (Technically we can, but we mayn’t. We do have extension poles for high windows, etc.) We can’t babysit or help with tutoring or do extensive pet care.

We service the greater Denver area. We are filling a niche to provide quality services in smaller increments to allow for economic transformation of your space bit by bit over time.

We are happy to fill it out over the phone with you or you can fill it out online.  That gives us an idea of what you want done and we can discuss realistic expectations of what can be accomplished in the time allotted. There is no charge for the intake form or intake call.


This is not a regular cleaning service. We specialize in micro organization or micro cleans, scheduling one at a time, to help encourage you to move forward in your projects.  A 1-hour project might be a small closet or one or two shelves in your kitchen detailed. We can unload a dishwasher and put dishes away.  We can help work on routines and structure in your home, helping to simplify your life or get others involved that might be able to help.

Before we start work, we make a checklist with you of what we expect we can get done in the time allotted. Then we get to work!
